I just downloaded Djay Pro for Windows 10. This morning I was able to load a scratching sample. It was called “DJ Qbert Skratch Tool” I think. I can’t figure out how the heck to find it again. Can anybody help out?? I’ve clicked every button!

To get the Scratch Tools you’re referring to, you’d need to right-click on either deck’s album art when a song is loaded on the deck. Then you’ll see the following menu pop up, and if you click on Scratch Tools, this will load the tools to the deck. I’ve included a screenshot below of the Scratch Tools accessed by right-clicking on Deck 1:
