How to mix 3 songs on a 2-channel mixer?

Rene 70, DJM S7, T7

I have deck 1 live, about to transition to deck 2.
I want to maintain instrumentals of deck 1and bring in the track on deck 2, AND concurrently add an acapella loop as a 3rd track at the exact downbeat of deck 2 track.
Basically, I want to transition into 2 tracks at one.
Can somebody pro help?
I have seen dj’s do that on same mixers above and I am totally confused!

Like here:

I can hear he has:
Deck 1 - Jalebi baby
Deck 2 - Cheap Thrills
3rd track - an Acapella blend of DMX - Get it on the floor and some other acapella “Twerk to the Floor” of a track I can’t quite know of.
How is it done?

I cant watch the video right now as im at work with my boss sat 3ft away but ill try and guess/explain.

One method is to use the roll effect on full wet with a 4/1 time signature, this creates a 4 beat loop on the track that plays out on the master, so you can then drop the channel fader and load it with another track that you can beat match into the loop.

The other (possibly more likely) scenario is using Serato with the SP6 sample banks, where you can use sync on each sample to play it in time.

Spot on!
This worked perfectly for me. Thanks. Solves everything
Can’t believe I stopped following the guys who taught me the hobby - Jamie and the team at x-fader.
