How to Move djay Pro Windows License to new PC?

Hi there, I bougnt a new pc and I would like to instal DJAYPRO on it and Microsoft Store recognize that I bought the software but when I install it on my computer, I don’t have the licence…
Help please.

Hi @Pascal_Bouissou, please make sure that you log into your djay Pro account using the same email address and password as on you old PC.

It doesnt work.
I can’t connect with my account because it said that my email is used with
an other connection mode…

I don’t have any other suggestions at the moment. I’m waiting to hear back from the engineering team as to what other options might be available.

In the meantime, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if your login credentials are reset.
