Hey!
I’ve been building a small Mac app for DJs called AXIOM. its now web based.
Basically, it solves one specific problem: turning a messy music library into a usable set quickly.
Most DJs know the feeling… you’ve got a gig coming up, a bunch of tracks to sort through, and you end up spending way too much time jumping between folders, crates, playlists, and ideas before the set actually starts taking shape.
AXIOM is built to speed that up with ease.
You point it at your music, and it helps you build sets faster by showing what fits together, helping you shape the flow, and giving you combos you wouldnt comprehend are doable. it also gives you tools to move from “I’ve got a bunch of tracks” to “this is a playable set” without doing everything manually and with some assisted support.
It’s not trying to replace your DJ software. It sits before that part of the process. AXIOM helps with the prep: finding useful track connections, building stronger playlists, checking the set flow, organizing ideas, and exporting something you can take into Serato or Rekordbox.
The important thing: it doesn’t touch or change your original audio files. It works from its own scan and only creates exports, reports, and playlist files.
I built it because set prep can take way too long, especially when your folders are full and your ideas are scattered. AXIOM is meant to make that process faster, cleaner, and easier to trust.
It’s web based for now, and If you’re a DJ who builds sets regularly and wants to test it, I’d love your feedback.
