I can't play my itunes music

I can play any music by connecting to the library with Apple Music, my problem is that I transferred my songs from Apple Music to iTunes Music, I also opened the XML setting for libraries, I achieved the synchronization in the steps you gave, from the library in the DJAY Pro application.
When I select the local music section in iTunes, the songs and lists appear, but when I put them on the decks and load them, I get the (COULD NOT LOAD TRACK) notification and the song never plays. I made every setting, deleted the djay pro application and restored it. I deleted the songs in iTunes and restored them. I deleted iTunes and restored everything. I tried but the songs and lists appear but the songs do not start or play, please help me solve the problem.

When you say you transferred you songs from Apple Music to iTunes Music, are you referring to the Apple Music Streaming service or songs that you purchased through Apple Music and downloaded onto your device? Thanks!

I think it is the Apple Music Streaming service. When I downloaded iTunes to my computer and logged in with Apple, the lists and songs were automatically uploaded to my iTunes music library due to the sync the songs I made from Apple setting. I turned on the xml setting and in the djay pro application, local music, that is, these lists and songs are visible in the iTunes section, as I said, only The songs do not start or play, it says could not load track

(Note: I have checked that Windows, DJAY PRO application, iTunes and Apple Music, everything is in the new version with the latest updates)

I believe the issue is that your songs are not properly downloaded to your internal drive. Please open the Apple Music / iTunes app and make sure there is a grey downloaded symbol shown at the right side of your songs and not a Cloud symbol.

Hi again @Can_Kolday, please try to ctrl/right-click on a song and select “Show in Explorer”, and then drag the song from the Explorer onto a deck in djay to see if that works. Thanks!
