I subscribed and in less than a week I canceled it, now I’m trying to subscribe, I definitely can’t, when I click on restore the purchase the internal error occurred.

Hi @reginaldo87, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.
Do you have an iOS or Android device? If so, please try downloading djay from the official App Store for that device. Then try subscribing via that device. If you are using a VPN, please disable it first. Once you have subscribed on your other device, you should be able to use the same djay account and login info on your Windows laptop. I hope that helps!
