I dont get any pre-que options (Windows)

I dont get any pre-que options in DJAY PRO (windows laptop) when I plug in my USB sound card or when I connect with HDMI to my stereo-reciver. Do anyone else have this problem or know what could be the issue?

Hey there,

at the moment some external audio devices are not fully accessible as WASAPI, the Windows audio driver we are using aren’t supporting them yet. We are in contact with several hardware providers and it would be great if you can share your experiences and also if you contact them as well to push the support.

Here the same problem with my NI Audio 4 Dj sound card. I love this software please fix this.
