I have problem with Djay Pro 2 find music from my external drive

Hi i have problem with find music in my external drive because when I looking for some song on the drive there is write no results and on the old Djay pro 1 normally working and I don’t have any problems’ tried to different drive and I have the same so where is the problem anybody knows please help
