IDJ live II and Djay app right turnable not working properly

I’ve buy a idj live II but right turntable doesb’t scratch while a track on that deck is playing. Right deck keeps always pitch mode while track is playing: the only way to scratch is to pause the track on right deck.
Left turntables works ok but right one not. I’m using Djay 2 and i’ve IOS 7.0.4.
Is my unit faulty or it’s a common problem?
