Import iTunes Playlist format

Great App!

question: I am trying to import iTunes playlist to the app (for droid) and I’ve tried several different formats, i.e. .txt, .m3u, .m3u8, and .xml…but the app doesn’t seem to recognize it. is there a preferred format, or a procedure to import the playlists?

Hi there,

please note that djay for Android is synching with the Google Play Music app. Every playlist in the Play Music app is being synchronised automatically to djay 2.

If you don’t want to create all your playlists again in the Google Play Music app, please see this article and especially the “Uploading Music from Playlist” tab:
