Please note that the latest CDJ-3000 firmware v3.30 contains a critical issue related to the new OneLibrary introduction.
See here for more information.

This is a great learning point that mist be adopted by all developers of dj apps:
Backwards Compatibility should be maintained at all stages of new innovations, if we are customer-focused
In this case, One Library needed to accommodate both Device Library as well as Device Library Plus, and that didn’t happen.

I sent this- will advise !!
Dear AlphaTheta Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the continued advertising of OneLibrary in connection with the CDJ-3000, despite the feature not being available or functional on any currently supported firmware.
As of today:
-
No publicly supported CDJ-3000 firmware provides working OneLibrary functionality.
-
Firmware v3.30, the only release to enable OneLibrary, was withdrawn due to serious library and playlist failures.
-
Current firmware versions (v3.20 / v3.22) do not support OneLibrary at all.
-
There is no published roadmap, ETA, or official clarification regarding when—or if—stable OneLibrary support will be delivered for CDJ-3000.
Despite this, OneLibrary continues to be referenced in AlphaTheta / Pioneer DJ ecosystem marketing and product positioning, without a clear disclaimer that the functionality is currently unavailable on CDJ-3000 hardware.
Given that OneLibrary is presented as a core interoperability feature and is material to professional workflow and purchasing decisions, this situation raises concerns about the advertising of functionality that is not available in practice.
I am therefore requesting clear answers to the following:
-
Does AlphaTheta still intend to deliver stable OneLibrary support for CDJ-3000?
-
If so, can you provide any indicative timeline or development status?
-
If not, or if delivery is uncertain, why marketing materials have not been updated to reflect the current reality.
I would appreciate a response from product management or an appropriately senior technical representative, as this issue goes beyond routine support and relates directly to advertised product capability.
I look forward to your clarification ….
