At the moment when using midi controller in waveform mode we see the turn table graphic in the corners. When controller is not connected we see songs cover photos. Another option would be to merge those two with cover photo and turn table graphics on top. Also it would be good idea to let users decide what they want to see there. Maybe just clicking on it would change the view mode and remember it for next time.
