Thanks @Lucas_Turcotte, are you sure that’s your Rekordbox XML export file? It says “DJ Conversion Utitity Log”.
It should be the right one now. Let me know if it is !
Thanks @Lucas_Turcotte, I’ve passed your Rekordbox.xml file onto our engineering team for further analysis.
Hi everyone, engineering has identified the issue and is working on a fix which should be included in an upcoming update (likely 5.6.2). Thanks!
Hi ! Great news ! When do you think this update will be live ? Thanks for your time and I hope I helped you !
We don’t have a release date. I’ll share more news when I have it though.
Hello everyone, 5.6.2 was released today and should be rolling out to the various apps stores in the next 24-48 hours. Thanks!
Hi great news. I just oppend RekordBox and the CUE points are still green even with the update. What are the next step to fix them and make then colored like in Djay? Thanks
clarify details plz. don’t make sense
Hi @Lucas_Turcotte, did you try to re-export the tracks? This is required.
Thanks for confirming @Lucas_Turcotte. Can you please share a short screen recording of your workflow and the outcome? Thanks!
Seems like it works now ! I found that I needed to play the tracks in Djay so it could update. Once I played it, the CUE colors was showing on Rekordbox. I had to play the tracks one by one… I don’t know if there is a faster way… I think there won’t be this problem with new tracks since it’s fixed.
Thanks for the follow up @Lucas_Turcotte
Hi,
The color inconsistencies of OneLibrary’s CUE points can also be observed between the Windows and Mac versions of djayPRO. I’ve attached a screenshot from Windows and another from Mac showing the same OneLibrary track, where you can see that the colors change depending on where the track is opened.
After opening the track on Mac (where initially all the CUE points were pink) and changing the color to green, when opening the same track on Windows, the color remains red. However, if you click “Edit,” you can see that the selected color is green.
Therefore, djayPRO can see the color assigned to the OneLibrary track’s CUE point, but it doesn’t display it correctly in the interface.
This occurred with version 5.6.1 and continues to occur in 5.6.2.
Thanks
Good catch and interesting observation @IvanC. Thanks for sharing! I’ve passed this onto our engineering team for further review.
