Where can I add individual information to my tracks on the iPad such as (star-) rating and text comments?

Hi @turbopussy, this is not currently supported on iOS.

Do you have a mac @turbopussy?
If so use the song info box in the djay library on your mac to input all your required info then transfer your library via icloud to your ipad.
Your desired info will transfer and be usable on your ipad but you will not be able to add to or edit.
If you don’t have a mac forget it.
