Hi @Carla_Spence and @Mmarvin, please try the following:

  1. Log out of SoundCloud from within djay
  2. Log out of the SoundCloud app and all browsers.
  3. Close djay and the SoundCloud app
  4. Please close djay and follow the procedure below to perform a Forced Restart of your iOS device:
    A. iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
    B. iPad: Force restart iPad - Apple Support (CA)
  5. After rebooting, only open djay and then log back into SoundCloud from within djay only.

Will logging out on the djay app delete all my saved playlists in the “my library” tab?

its working thank you.

You’re welcome @Carla_Spence

Hello
Thank you for solving the apple music connection problem 2 days ago.

Since I installed the last Djay Pro update on my phone, I cannot connect to my soundcloud playlists anymore on my iphone.

I am stuck on this web page

When I click on “connect” nothing happens.

It works perfectly on my mac.

Please help. Thanks

I also tried disconnecting everything and force-rebooting but no success.

ok solved. I copied the page link into safari instead and it connected. Firefox has a problem.
