Summary of the issue:
Beat grids reset / change when using the instant doubles feature on certain tracks. For example, if I have changed the beat grid of song A and then in a mix I use instant doubles on song A, the song becomes out of sync in the instant doubles, and then when I look at why this is, it is because the beat grid changed itself without my input. This is very frustrating as a DJ attempting to scratch in new songs to a mix.
How to reproduce the issue:
On certain tracks, use instant doubles and if the instant doubles is not in sync, it is because the beat grid has been changed.
If possible, if you let me attach a video file I can show you how the bug happens.
Hi @cabzo, welcome to the Community! Thanks for the details about the issue and your setup - this is very helpful. Since this sounds repeatable, can you please capture and share a short video of this? Thanks!
Hi again @cabzo, I’m following up on my last message. So far our engineering team has not been able to reproduce this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so,
Are you using local music files stored on your internal drive? Also, what file format?
Can you please share some of the files you are having issues with so we can test them on our end? You can upload them to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions then share a link to the files here.
Hello! It’s been a week since my last reply. I’m going to consider this topic completed for now so I can focus on others. However, please feel free to respond and we can definitely revisit this. Thanks!
