Intermittent no audio on FLX10

Thanks for the addition info @Nikos_Filopoulos.

  1. Does it still happen after Reset to Defaults in djay Device settings (see screenshot above)?
  2. Does it happen with the Samsung T7 disconnected and the FLX10 as the sole USB device?
  3. Does it happen with tracks played from the internal drive versus the external T7?

2 how i can know?when i Played i cant discconnect and connect and do all of that and stop music in the club

3. i dont know that because i dont remember what song do it,the last one i saw it from video and it was from external.

as i sayed from first time im come to djaypro he do that to me once in time not every time

as t7 external firmware is always updated

Hi again @Nikos_Filopoulos, our engineering team performed extensive testing and has not been able to reproduce this issue.

This bug doesnā€™t do it every day,it does to me one in 1 month or 2,the console is brand new,if you meen itā€™s problem from there

the problem remain,it does it to me now,i here it from headphones but not in chanel,if i reload it again its okā€¦problem still remain after reset

Thanks for confirming @Nikos_Filopoulos. Do you have another DJ software that you can test for a while to see if you can reproduce the same issue there? This would help to determine if there is an issue with your hardware or not.

before djpro i was playing with traktor,i didnt have this problem

traktor s4 mk3 same laptop same hardrive,only software and flx10 i change

Can you please do some extended testing with Traktor again so we can rule this out?
