Hi @eyeseeyou01, do you experience the same issue on non-beta iOS 26?

No sir

Thanks for confirming. We don’t support beta OS versions, so I recommend you switch back to iOS 26 until 27 is out of beta.

Of course. Just wanted to bring it up to the team since ios27 is around the corner

Okay great! Thanks for the heads up @eyeseeyou01. I’ll make sure our devs are aware.

Hi again @eyeseeyou01, can you please confirm if your iPhone/iPad screen is off or locked when this happens?

This happens for both when the screens are on

Thanks @eyeseeyou01

@eyeseeyou01 are you using Neural Mix or any of the NM transition types?

Yes specifically the vocal sustain

Thanks @eyeseeyou01. Can you please test using the Fade Automix transition type?

Yes. Will do and will report back

No looping issue with the fade transition. I did go into pro mode and turned the neural mix vocal sustain back on and the looping issue happened again.

Thanks for confirming @eyeseeyou01

Just want to report for future updates: Tried this on my iPad with has iOS 27 and also having issue randomly looping/skip parts of a track, hard to replicate, when I load the same track it doesn’t happen at that specific point anymore. Don’t think I was using any Neural Mix related stuff at some point, but it does happen quicker when using something NM related. Also my iPad doesn’t stay awake anymore for some reason. It might have to do with the new CPU scheduler in iOS 27?

I don’t have this issue on my iPhone with iOS 26 installed by the way, screen stays on.

(yes I know iOS 27 isn’t supported, that’s why I used my iPad to test stuff like this and keep my phone on iOS 26)

Nice.

I have a dedicated, “extra”, iPhone I use for djay pro and I had updated it to ios27 because it runs fine for pretty much everything else but of course there’s an issue with djay pro.

I erased and restored my iPhone back to ios26. No more issues

Thanks for the additional info @eyeseeyou01
