Ipad 9th and Neural Mix

Hello all,

I used to have 100% Quality Level for Neural Mix with my Ipad 9th. Now I have 80%.

Why is the level reduced?

Hi @Martin_Sarafov, this was changed in a recent djay release to improve djay’s performance and stability with this device. Please note that the qualitative difference between 80% and 100% is quite marginal and well worth the performance and stability improvement. Thanks!

Thanks for the fast reply. I noticed the performance improvement when using Neural separation in 4 paths.
I also noticed that my Windows app also reduced the quality to 80%. 100% was available recently, but not any more. What is the reason behind that?
I have very powerful PC - 13th gen i7 with RTX graphics and 32GB RAM.

You’re welcome @Martin_Sarafov. On Windows, 100% quality Neural Mix currently requires an Arm-based machine like a Copilot+ PC.

Is the Neural Mix Pro coming to Windows as good as to iOS if the CPU is ARM based in future?

I was a bit disappointed today when noticed the reduced quality, however stability is also important.
I like the new options, though.
