Ipad air 2 not connecting at all via iOS cable

The connection between controller and iPad is VERY inconsistent. Sometimes straight away, sometimes no connection at all (and so no DJing!). HELP!

Hi @Misterblonde,

  1. Can you please share some photos of how you are connecting everything?
  2. Are you using Genuine Apple cables and adapters? Please note that 3rd party cables and adapters can be unreliable.
  3. Is the Reloop Buddy also connected to power using your original iPad charging brick?
  4. Have you tried using different cables? USB cables can start to fail over time.

Can’t send photos as I am out but all Apple leads, Reloop buddy plugged into the mains

It seems the iPad takes about 10 minutes to recognise the Reloop Buddy.
