iPad Air 4 doesn‘t work with Traktor S2 MK3

I’ve been using dj pro (3.7.9) for my ipad air 4 (14.7.1) for a long time now. I recently had the problem that when I connect my ipad to my tractor S2 MK3, dj pro gets stuck or even crashes. if I connect to my iphone x (14.7.1) via usb, it works. urgently need a solution

Could you please open djay on your iPad, go to the djay settings and select “Contact Support” there? Reference this thread in your email so we can keep track of your case. We’ll receive some additional information that way that will help us get to the bottom of this.
