Issue with Connecting Beatsource

When I try to connect Beatsource with DJAY, after I put my login credentials I receive a message saying Log in Failed: The operation couldn’t be completed. License update failed.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled again, nothing has changed.

  1. Can you please confirm if you have a paid subscription to djay Pro or if you are using the free version?
  2. What iOS device are you using and what iOS version are you running?
  3. Please try logging out of Beatsource on all of your devices, including all web browsers.
  4. Close djay Pro.
  5. Perform a Forced Restart of you iOS device. Force restart iPad - Apple Support (CA)
  6. Don’t log into Beatsource on any other devices.
  7. Launch djay Pro and try logging into Beatsource.

Yes, I have a paid subscription to djay Pro. I’m using an iPhone and forced
restart on my phone and still experiencing the same issue. I also logged
out of Beatsource

  1. Can you please share a screen shot of the error message?
  2. Are you able to log into your Beatsource account using the same credentials outside of djay (ex. web browser)?
  3. We’ve had other users with similar login issues with Beatport. For some reason their accounts got flagged. They were able to resolve the issue by contacting Beatport directly. Have you tried contacting Beatsource regarding this issue?
