Could you please provide the following information so we can investigate this for you:
- Which device do you have?
- Which exact OS version is running on your device?
- Which djay version are you using? (If you are using an iOS/ Android device, please open the djay settings and scroll down to determine the version number.)
- Please explain step-by-step the issue you are experiencing, what you expect to happen, and what actually happens. For example, did the app crash, freeze, or neither of those? Did this issue just start occurring recently, such as with an update to the app or to the iOS?
