I know the delivery for these is delayed, but is there any official information from Algoriddim about this controller?
On their website, they claim:
J-Music and Algoriddim create the J-Play DJ Mix Pad, an ultra-portable controller dedicated to the djay app. Instantly isolate rhythms/voices and transition from DJing to production by adding more pads to your controller.
It seems a bit odd if there’s no official information from Algoriddim about this.

It would be helpful to know if this collaboration is legitimate or if this product is potentially a scam.
I’ve already pre-ordered it and have received two emails mentioning issues with the shipment.
It’s starting to feel like they’ve taken the money without any intention of delivering the product.
Thanks for the additional info @Saiboter. Have you contacted Joue Music directly and enquired further? I know the J-Play DJ Mix Pad is not the only product they make as I have seen several of their other products at industry trade shows like NAMM. I suspect they are simply having supply issues or something with their manufacturer. Either way, I will let you know when I hear back from our dev team. Thanks!

I just received a refund without any further information.
Is there any update on what happened?
Was this an official cooperation oder did they try to sell a product without a cooperation?

“Thank you for your recent order and for trusting us. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver the product DJ Mix Pad at this time.
As a result, we will be issuing a full refund for your order. The refund will be processed shortly, and you will receive confirmation once it’s completed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
