Jog wheel on right side of wego is no longer letting me spin back ,... Left deck is fine .... This is with pro on iPad Air ...

As u know u can spin back on track… At the moment my weego will not let me do this on the right side … What’s going on any help be great

Hi there,

we are sorry to hear that.
Please do the following:

  1. Download the “Midi Wrench” application from the App Store.
  2. Connect your WeGo to the iPad
  3. Open “Midi Wrench”
  4. Spin the malfunctioning Jog Wheel.
  5. See if a midi signal is being send.
