Jogwheel not responding properly in certain circumstances.

Your question/suggestion/feedback:
Anyone having some sort of human grounding issue’s cause your jogwheeels to not respond correctly? This weekend, the only way jogwheel would respond to my touch is if i held the metal frame of my stand with my free hand!
