Keep cue point time filled in (but erasable) when renaming cue points

When I rename a cue point I still like to see the Cue Point time. Such as 02:17 Drop
It would be great when you go into the rename window if the time was still there so it didn’t have to be re-typed. It should still be able to be erased if users don’t need it.
