Luckily I was able to play music for the wedding directly from Spotify and no one really noticed or cared that I wasn’t actually DJing/mixing but there was no internet service where the wedding was located and I assumed if the music was downloaded inside of Spotify I’d still be able to access and play them with Algoriddim. Why is this not an option??
Spotify doesn’t allow for 3rd party apps to play downloaded songs so don’t expect it to be implemented in DJAY. We just download all of the Spotify songs needed for a wedding ceremony on a separate iPad and use the AUX input on our controller. Generally don’t have to do mixing during ceremony so it’s a non-issue.
