Summary of the issue:
No matter what USB connection settings I use, Djay launched on my brand new Lenovo M9 does not recognize Reloop Buddy. Please help!

How to reproduce the issue:

Hi @Stas,

I’m sorry to see that you’ve been experiencing this issue as of late, and I appreciate your patience as we’ve been looking into this.

You may have already completed some of the steps I will ask you to follow below but please note this will help us in finding a solution for this issue.

  1. Update djay to v5.2.4, which was released a few days ago.
  2. Ensure the M9 is running the latest version of Android your device supports.
  3. Ensure that the Reloop Buddy is switched to PC/Android mode and not iOS mode.
  4. Use the provided USB-B to USB-A cable that came with your controller and connect it to a USB dongle/hub that your M9 will support. Usually, this means a USB device with OTG (which many already have).
  5. Connect a power source to the USB dongle/hub as well so that it will power both the controller and your M9.
  6. Connect the dongle/hub to your M9.
  7. Open djay.
  8. The Reloop Buddy should work as intended now.

Thanks!
