What I wish was different about djay library management on the iPad and Mac:
Mass delete tracks (for example: Select tracks or Select all; then Delete as a bulk) - iPad
Display Missing files and mass relocate them in 1 click (some kind of auto-relocate function, maybe?) - Mac
Option to import via xml playlists from other common dj programs such as serato, rekordbox, etc - Mac
Option to transfer playlists created in “Music/iTunes app” to actual playlists in “Collections” - iPad/Mac
Direct integration with Mixed-In-Key 10 app to import cues, loops and other features of MIK
Just wanted to jump in here and let you know we’re aware that you’re also currently being helped via email by our Support Team with your request/suggestion list. Please continue the conversation with our team via email for continued individual support.
And so that anyone in the Community can also have some feedback about these items if they come across this thread, I’ll briefly address your points here:
Mass delete tracks - iPad: This request has been added to our internal tracking system and we’ll keep you updated.
Display Missing files and mass relocate them in 1 click (some kind of auto-relocate function, maybe?) - Mac: You can try the Relink Missing Files feature in djay, found in the Library drop-down menu in djay. Another option is to multi-select the grayed out songs, right-click, and select “Remove from Library”.
Option to import via xml playlists from other common dj programs such as serato, rekordbox, etc - Mac: A possible workaround can be found in our FAQ here.
Option to transfer playlists created in “Music/iTunes app” to actual playlists in “Collections” - iPad/Mac: This option already exists in the app on iOS and Mac. Please see your email for details.
Direct integration with Mixed-In-Key 10 app to import cues, loops and other features of MIK: This request exists in the Community and you can upvote it here: Mixed In Key integration
