Hi @Hans, welcome to the Community! Please note that pre-cueing/song preview in the djay library is not supported with External Mixer Mode only devices like the XDJ-AZ.
Hi , I’m using a xdj az . So it suppose to work
Problem is that I want to click on tracks so that I can pre listen in the
library . It works whe I assign a channel to it but than I also hear the
track playing on air in channel. 1 or two.
This function is not supported on this hardware. You need an Internal Mixer Mode device. The AZ must be used in External Mixer Mode so this feature is not currently possible on your hardware.
To ensure the rest of your audio settings work as intended, please press the Reset to Defaults button at the bottom of the Audio Devices Settings page. Thank you.
I will do that. If I understand it right it’s impossible to pre listen
tracks in library of djay pro when I use the xdj az with it. I need to load
the tracks in decks to pre listen to it than?
Thanks you very much for your fast responding and help!
Yes, that is correct. You must load the song to a deck to pre-cue in the headphones with the AZ. Song previewing is not supported directly from the library.
