iPad Air 4th generation
iOS 18.2.1
Djay 5.2.8
The tracks that appear in my local music (stored in iTunes as synced from my laptop) display twice, some with the metadata image and others without. Of course, it does not display like this in the Music app (desktop or iPad versions) so why is Djay doing this and how can I get the dupes to stop displaying?
Hi @Reign712, sorry for the delayed response. I wanted to check this with our engineering team first. As this is the Local Music source (aka iTunes/Music) it’s prob an Apple Music sync issue. Do those duplicates show when you search for the tracks in djay or in the Local Music>Playlists>Music list? We just present what the iOS iTunes/Music data source gives us, so we would not be intentionally showing duplicates.
Hello! It’s been more than a week since my last reply. I’m going to consider this topic completed for now so I can focus on others. However, please feel free to respond and we can definitely revisit this. Thanks!
I definitely missed your response, looks like you were right and there was a problem with my iTunes which happened when switching the library from one computer to another and somehow did it twice but all good now. Thanks…wasn’t a djay problem at all.
