Looper in Djay Pro - Sample Import

I am on the latest version of Djay on latest MacOS.

My question:

I love looper on Djay and I do the same with samples in Ableton. Is it possible to load my samples in Looper than using Ableton and Djay, I would prefer to stick to Djay?
