Looper / Sampler Volume Control

Question about the looper and sampler volumes. They don’t change based on fader volumes on the controller, which–at least for me–means the samples and loops can be crazy loud or inaudible relative to the volume of the track playing. And when you fade out a channel, the sample/looper audio remains the same.

Is there some way to control this? I think I must be missing something–I’m new to djay. Thanks for the help!

Hi @ranchnet, these controls are not mapped to the Mixtour Pro because it does not have a dedicated Sample Volume control. Please note that the Sampler and Looper volumes are independent of the Deck/Channel volumes. However, you can control them inside the software (see below).

Alternatively, you could MIDI map these controls to something like SHIFT+High EQ on your controller:
