Looper showing no packs to download

Macbook M1 Air.
v5.03 version of the app.
I have the paid Pro version.

On the looper part of the app it looks like this: https://snipboard.io/G52k7j.jpg

If I press Get more packs, I just get this https://snipboard.io/ykDKa0.jpg

There is no way to press any button, etc to get the looper packs to show.

Any advice please on how to fix this?

Hi @beefontoast,

1. What macOS version are you using?
2. Is your laptop connected to the internet?
3. Do you experience the same thing with the Sampler as with the Looper?

Yes - connected… I am using it now to write this.
Yes - experience the same issue with sampler… and interestingly, I am unable to record a custom sample from a playing deck… nothing records when I hold the record button.

Thanks for the addition info @beefontoast. I can’t think of anything to suggest unfortunately, so we’ll have to wait and see if the engineering team can reproduce this issue on their hardware.

Only a thought, but do you have a VPN running?

Some of them can interfere with apps connecting to their respective servers.

If you have disable it and try again.

If you haven’t…… I’m out.

Can you please update your macOS to the latest version and djay Pro to the latest 5.1.1? I believe this should fix your issue. Thanks!
