My new M1 chip macbook air is not recognizing my pioneer ddj wego4. I checked the pioneer DJ website and it seems that the new Big Sur is compatible however DJ pro AI is not recognizing the controller. Help.

Which exact Big Sur version are you using, are you working with 11.2?

11.2.3 big sur I think this is the latest one

We were unfortunately never able to reproduce the issue and never heard back from @Ianv2.

At this point, there is no reason to believe that djay will not recognize a controller on an M1 Mac.
