m4a lossless loads but doesn't play (Djay2 for Andriod)

Hi,

I’ve purchased djay2 on my Android 8.1.0 (One+ 5) and I’m able to play mp3, however when I try to play m4a lossless (above 1000kbps and for instance coded with iTunes 12.5.4.42 16 bit 44100kHz) the turntable picture doesn’t rotate, or sometimes in small parts with long pause, without any music heard.
Other app like Neutron plays these m4a lossless files fluently so I’m not sure if it’s a codec or hardware issue.

Should I change any setting to be able to play m4a lossless?
