main output blank

i’m running djay pro on windows 10 , has always worked reasonably well for over a year

now, when i try to load a song (any song, spotify, tidal, or from my C drive collection, it just spins, never analyses or loads (or plays)

Checking the audio device settings, the main output device is blank, and nothing in the drop down to choose, which i think may be the problem ??

i’m not using a controller, just the surface pro keyboard and mouse

Hi, Thank you for getting in touch. We are sorry to hear that. Which media source are you using? Is every track being affected?

scratch that, managed to get the headphones to show in the main device output, but still when I try to load a track, it goes to the deck and then the timer just spins …forever, never analyses or loads the track
