Is it possible to manually sort the Videos area? I know I can click the column title and it will sort, but I would like to drag-and-drop the videos in a particular order. Is that possible?

You can do so in the My Library.
Create a playlist in the djay My Library for your videos and drag and drop them into the playlist from the Videos Library tap.
In the My Library Video playlist you can manually rearrange the videos via drag and drop and also can add songs, videos from other sources.
