many features not working

I cannot create history files, I cannot create playlists, and the default sample banks are not available.

I believe it may have something to do with the subscription being purchased under a family member’s Apple ID and now I am logged in with my own Apple ID. Does this sound accurate? I am not sure how to resolve this. Is there an option to check my Pro subscription status or to subscribe again under my Apple ID, if this will resolve the issue?

Thanks for posting this question in the Algoriddim Community.

Please note that Apple Family Sharing does not currently work with djay PRO AI subscriptions. For now, you’ll need to be subscribed with your Apple ID in order to access the PRO features of djay PRO AI for iOS/Mac.
