Summary of the issue:
**How to reproduce the issue:**Dear DJ PRO Crew
My name is James (AKA DJ JaiRoc ) I’ve been in the game for over 40 years, started on wax in Chicago, with house music… 2 turntables and a mixer (NO MIC) I’ve sampled the DJ Pro program, and it’s Really amazing what you guys, and gals have done with the new Stems, and beat gridding… Completely off the chain… Yet I have some concerns…
Currently, I’m using a set of Rane12 MKII, and the Rane70 MKII mixer… easy enough set up, BUT…. When playing House, Disco or whatever…. The Sync seems to be connected when I don’t want it to be… Let me try to explain…
Deck A = 120bpm….
Deck B, I’m loading a track that 124bpm… What I’m expecting is for Deck B, to Sync, to A… Instead, what I’m getting is….
Deck A is 120… I load Deck B (124bpm) and Now Deck A, Speeds up Outta nowhere, and is playing at 124bpm.
I guess what I’m asking is…. How do I tell the system, that the deck currently playing IS master… Or How do I set the system to recognize the “On Air” Deck as Master…?
I Hope this is a setting that I’m missing, as I have tried just about every configuration of setting I can find. Currently I’m cutting on and off the sync, at every transition, yet when I do…. My On air deck will Still make an adjustment once I load the other deck. Note, is doesn’t matter which direction I’m going…
A to B or B to A, The Sync is Great… But I ONLY want the Incoming deck to Sync, to the current deck that is on air, and for the on air deck Not to be effected, Till I make a tempo change. If this question can be answered I will gladly state… That without question… THIS is the best subscription I’ve had since Flint publication!!! (Google it)
I thank you for your time, and look forward to a reply.
Blessed new years to you all, and Thank you!
James.
