I see matches in Pro view. What causes No Results in Automix view?

Thanks for reaching out about this, and sorry to hear about this issue with Match showing no results in Automix. Also, apologies for getting back to you only now.

Just to confirm, do you currently experience the same issue? Also, to confirm: have you tried if the issue persists after updating to the latest djay version for iOS (4.1.6)?

If the issue persists, so we can take a closer look, could you please tell us the following:

  1. What device are you currently using?
  2. Which OS version is running on your device?
  3. Which djay version are you using?
  4. Are you using any controller with djay?
  5. Please describe - step-by-step - how we can reproduce this issue.

Also, could you please get a video of the issue occurring and drop it here? Just let me know when you’ve done so, and then I can further troubleshoot this with you.
