Slightly off-topic but can someone help?
Every time I record my sets with the MC (mr hype) talking into the mic, the mic input is not recorded.
Mic is connected to the hercules mic input and is sounding loud in the mix, just missing in the recording.
Tried everything - dead end. Hercules support page not useful to that effect (outdated info, irrelevant to my setup)
It’s usually the case that mics plugged into controllers are just routed straight to the output. They don’t go through the software mixer (which would add latency) so they don’t get recorded.
Hi @Armigo, @PKtheDJ is correct. The Mic input is not routed into djay and cannot be captured via the internal recording. Thanks PK!
Thanks guys - then I have to go back to the Rane 70/CDJ setup ((external mixer mode) where the mic usually worked
