Microsoft Store won't load when trying to purchase djay Pro

  • Device model (e.g. 2020 iPad Air 4th Gen): Acer Nitro 5
  • Version of operating system (e.g. macOS 14.4.1): Windows version 24H2
  • Version of djay (e.g. 5.1.2): Idk Newest I made sure to update
  • Hardware/controllers used (e.g. Reloop Mixon 8 Pro): Hercules Impulse 200

Summary of the issue:
Upon Loading the app up I am prompted with an ad to start my free trial of the pro version. When I select start free trial it gives me a prompt that reads “Unable to open microsoft store” hitting okay just makes it go away and hitting “open microsoft store” just brings me to the home page on the store.

How to reproduce the issue:

Hi @rilly101, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Do you have access to an iOS, macOS or Android device? If so, please try downloading and installing djay from the official device App Store. Then try creating your djay account and subscription on that device. Please note that a single djay Pro subscription can be used cross platform on up to 5 devices. Once you’ve done that, you should be able to log into your djay account on your Windows laptop.
