I removed the mapping and went default built in.
But the mid eq still isn’t right.
The middle position reads -65%
Full turned to right, is 65%
Is there a hard reset. Turn off everything and back on, still not working.

This sounds like a Hardware issue… Let’s validate this hypothesis by running a test.
To do this, could you please download the app called “Midi Scope” from the App Store? Then please follow these steps:
- Connect your controller to your iOS device and run the Midi Scope app.
- On the Source tab of the Midi Scope app, make sure the controller is selected.
- Navigate to the “Scope” tab by pressing “Scope” on the bottom of the screen, and tap “Connect” on the upper left corner of the screen to connect the controller.
- When you move knobs/fader on the controller, you should see the app showing signals. Check that that knob sends MIDI signals.
Gathering this information will go a long way towards helping us to find the root of the problem.

The high mids and lows for both decks will not show up on djay pro, but
they will work and do show up on the waveform.
The mid eq on deck 1 is 21 or 22 when at center position and low to 0 and

This all started when i was trying mapping to use the shift key to change
the low mid high eq into vocal harmonics drums.
I think the knob was turned for the mid eq (harmonics was turned up) then i
adjusted the harmonics on screen.
Sometime after that is when i noticed something sounded off, and then saw
the mid eqs action funky.
I removed the mapping profile, went back to built-in, and everything is
(was) back to normal (pre firmware update), except the mid eq
Now none of the eqs will show up on djay pro, but they will work, shown by
