MIDI Config Target Value not updating properly

ISSUE: Target Selection does not update on screen until user scrolls item out and back in to view

DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Open MIDI Config
    2)Press button on MIDI Mixer
  2. Select Any Target in drop down menu and press return
  3. Note target does not update
  4. Use mouse wheel to scroll list up TWO clicks so that the line leaves the bottom of the window
  5. Scroll back up so that line reappears.
  6. Note that target has now updated with the correct selected value

C) EXPECTED RESULTS:

Target should correctly update without having to scroll up and down

D) ACTUAL RESULTS:

Also note that it must be two clicks. Scrolling only one line off the screen does not change the value.
