MIDI for the various deck modes

Can there be MIDI options to move to various screens(one deck, 2 deck, Automix) with a push of a button?

There are already midi commands for “Next View Mode” and “Previous View Mode” under “General” but it would be better to switch between two or more screens you want to use rather than keep scrolling past screens you don’t want to see.

So separate midi commands for direct access to individual screen modes would be an enhancement.

Hey guys @E_Flem @SteNight,

We’ve been looking into this, and have some questions for you:

  • Would you guys like to have a specific MIDI button mapped to a specific djay-view?
  • What views do you guys use the most?
  • Do you guys switch between the same 2 views?
    → Would a MIDI action for “Switch to Previously Selected View Mode” suffice?
