Midi mapping not saving, paid subscribe one year!

Hello, every time i open Djay Pro for iphone need to remapping my controller DDJ SZ because is not saving. I lose precious time every time.
Any advice?

did you check it is not under settings/midi devices/your_device ?
sometimes Djay does not set the right setting
