MIDI mappings: support map-able LEDs that aren't assigned to a button

When creating a MIDI mapping, it might be helpful to be able to manually create an entry in the mapping without first having to press a key on the controller. My controller has map-able LEDs (VU meter) that don’t correspond to a button.

(I don’t think functionality for “continual output only” parameters exists so that would need to be added as well?)

So far output only are mapped programmatically. Which MIDI controller are you using?

NI Kontrol X1 and Z1. Everything works great. This feature I’m requesting is just a "nice to have"to complete the mappings.
