Midi output help

Im trying to make the LEDs on my Beringher CMD studio 4a respond when the button are pressed and I’m having much difficulty.

Do anyone know what type of midi message Djay pro sends OUT. I intend to try and modify the message to suit my controller using a program called midi pipe.

Let me know please as Im getting fairly frustrated
